On arrival, the DPF is endoscope inspected for internal damage
A back-pressure test is carried out to check the blockage level
The DPF is placed into the cleaning machine and is run to fully remove soot and ash
A further back pressure test is carried out to confirm flow and success of the advanced cleaning process
The DPF is re-inspected for internal damage that could not be seen before cleaning process
The DPF clean is certified and a certificate is filled out and sent with the filter
Built-in water filters thoroughly clean and allow the reuse of water during the cleaning process to reduce the impact of the soot on the environment and water supply. We frequently install new filters to ensure proper cleaning and dispose of spent filters appropriately.
